14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email us at support@kidzstory.com
- Include your order confirmation email or the email address you used to purchase
- Tell us (optionally) what we could do better
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 14 days of purchase
- You purchased credits directly from KidzStory
Partial Refunds
We may offer a partial refund if:
- You've used some but not all of your purchased credits
- Your request is made after 14 days but within 30 days (at our discretion)
In these cases, we'll calculate the refund based on unused credits.
What Happens to Your Account
When a refund is processed:
- All unused story credits from that purchase will be removed
- Any stories you've already created will remain accessible
- Your account will remain active
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using KidzStory:
- Contact us immediately at support@kidzstory.com
- We'll work to resolve the issue promptly
- If we can't fix it, we'll offer a full refund regardless of the 14-day window
- We may offer additional credits as compensation for the inconvenience
Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in the quality of our service. If your generated book doesn't meet your expectations:
- You can regenerate the book using the same credits
- If regeneration doesn't help, contact us for a refund
- We genuinely want you to be happy with your personalized book
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Credits obtained through promotional giveaways (non-purchased credits)
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent purchase attempts
Processing Time
- Refund decision: Within 2 business days of your request
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank/card statement: May take an additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
